I log in into my npower profile, I couldn’t find that portal there

What about some beneficiary who read education? Eg.NCE? etc.and CBN could not meet up with required ?

I tried to register on NEXIT Portal, but it was saying my email is already registered that it will be sent to my email,that I shud enter it instead and nothing was found on my email,what shud I do
